This urgently completed project concerns an assembly line for burners of various and small sizes. The line is compact, modular and includes the assembly, testing and packaging phases. It is equipped with light trolleys that have the function of cantileveringly supporting the burners, the clamping takes place on different diameters of the final diffuser of the burners. The main difficulty was carrying out the initial feasibility study, analyzing the various work levels according to the different types of angles of the metal shapes to be loaded and moved. MAX LOAD 100 Kg The tool has been designed to allow the barycentric lifting of different mechanical parts with an indicated maximum weight. The tool is made up of a central rod on which specific grapple brackets can slide. These rods can be positioned to grip the load and are automatically fixed by self-locking pin. The barycentric lifting is permitted through the mobile positioning of the lifting point and by the desired arrangement of the load. All points of contact with the parts to be lifted and handled are protected by suitable plasticizing treatment.
